Full bathroom with shower tub combo, laundry area with stackable washer/dryer and the first bedroom are located on the 2nd floor. The third floor contains the second bedroom along with two other multi use rooms that can be set up as office/den space, large closet or even another bedroom because of the separate access staircase. There is a partly finished attic that can additionally be used for storage or even another office/den space if desired but bedrooms are not permitted in the attic. Tenant is responsible for all utilities including electric, gas, cable/internet, and water/sewer. Front and side yard to be maintained by tenant as well. Heat is provided by natural gas, but there is no central cooling. Window units allowed and to be provided by tenant. No smoking of any kind inside the unit.
