Traffic is a little slow, but it's better than the stress of the freeways in the morning. commute at night is a little easier since there are less cars on the road. My husband works all over the Valley and leaves around 7:30. Traffic on the freeways can be busy and slow-moving. It's about 45 minutes from the neighborhood to mid-Scottsdale or downtown Phoenix."
