This is a wonderful space for a single person or couple looking to live in a convenient suburban environment with the conveniences of urban amenities.

Pets reviewed on an individual basis. 1 dog max, 2 cats max.

No smoking or vaping inside or on property. No smokers.

Things to consider: Landlord lives upstairs with dogs and you may hear some occasional walking. Dogs also share the yard. This is a shared home environment, quiet hours are appreciated 8pm-8am. If you need a lot of storage, one of the bedrooms is an option but note the closets are on the smaller side per what might be expected with an older home layout (past renters generally add a few pieces of storage furniture).

Lease term is negotiable. Lease must end the last day of a month regardless of start date. Utilities average $150-200/unit. Deposit is one month's rent. Background check is required $40-50 paid by applicant. Must show proof of income and make deposit to secure lease. No smoking on property. No smokers.
