Currently available for lease is a beautiful, completely remodeled small studio apartment. This cozy unit boasts lots of natural sunlight, including a garden view window seat.
You will also find a well appointed kitchenette with range and a refrigerator.
Coin operated laundry is available on site.
Management will consider a small pet (under 25 lbs) for an additional fee of $50 per month. Limited to ONE animal per unit.
There is one parking space tandem with another unit included in the rent.
Owner pays for water and gas.
Owner pays for landscaping.
