A 5 minute drive to the beach and 15 minutes to downtown Santa Barbara. The complex is halfway between Summerland and Carpinteria - both cool towns with fun bars and restaurants, shops and beaches.

Master bedroom and living room both have gas fireplaces for cozy nights. High quality cotton bed linens and plush towels are provided. The fully equipped kitchen features a Viking stove/oven, 2 dishwasher drawers and a large side- by -side refrigerator.

King bed in master, queen bed in guest bedroom 1, and full size bed in bedroom 3: all new mattresses.

30 day minimum per HOA. Rates increase to $9800/month during polo season- May, June, July & August. Utilities & internet included (no cable but can be added at tenant's expense). Plenty of parking outside the door. Absolutely no smoking. Linens and towels provided. Housekeeper available and required for stays of more than 30 days. Application required. Payment in full for 1-4 month rentals before occupancy. Tenant will be provided with HOA Rules & Regulations and are expected to comply fully.

You have the gorgeous beach, ocean, sunsets, and mountains while everything in the town is a flat walk , biking hiking, sipping coffee in the sun. Just a wonderful heavenly quiet joyful place to be!"
