This is the bottom unit in a two story home in the beautiful hills of Carpinteria. The home is located just a 10 minute drive from downtown Carpinteria up Shepard Mesa Lane. The property itself is on an avocado orchard with an assortment of fruit and citrus bearing trees. The owner has several horses, free range chickens, and lives in the upstairs unit of the home. There is front yard space for gardening and potting. Washer and dryer just outside unit. Unit has a new refrigerator and microwave. Amenities will be included in the rent including water, electricity, and gas. The unit has been newly painted and cleaned for new tenants. Tenants will be required to set up their own garbage service.

Ample parking available. Strict no smoking policy. Pets can be negotiated. Security deposit equal to first months rent will be due upon signing. Owner will be responsible for unit maintenance and repairs. Lease will be for 1 year upon signing and thereafter will be month to month. $50 application fee.

There isn’t much in the way of nightlife and things get pretty quiet after about 8:30pm. But the charm of this place is hard to beat. "

You have the gorgeous beach, ocean, sunsets, and mountains while everything in the town is a flat walk , biking hiking, sipping coffee in the sun. Just a wonderful heavenly quiet joyful place to be!"
