The property is already fully booked for the summer. Deposit is due 30 days prior to rental and once the deposit is paid, there is no cancellation. Tenant agrees to read the Holly House Home Folder upon checking in. Check in is at 3 p.m. and check out is 11 a.m. Upon check out, tenant will refer to the check out instructions which are included in the Holly House Home Folder. Tenant will leave the home as it was when they arrived, including disposing of trash, recycling and any outdoor pet waste. The following utilities are included: internet, water, trash/recyling, gas, electric, (no cable), and gardener. It is highly recommended to take photos prior to move in. Tenant should obtain their own renters insurance.

There isn’t much in the way of nightlife and things get pretty quiet after about 8:30pm. But the charm of this place is hard to beat. "

    "I live here part time and work here. Been here for 24 years. I fell in love with the town in 1991 and have loved it ever since.I am an artist and it is beautiful! People are so so nice. You have the gorgeous beach, ocean, sunsets, and mountains while everything in the town is a flat walk , biking hiking, sipping coffee in the sun. Just a wonderful heavenly quiet joyful place to be!"
