    "I don’t know of any community events aside from Bingo at various halls, etc. However I, oftentimes , will visit with some neighbors ie watch the Bills, etc. Oftentimes, I’ll also meet people at the dog park which is quite close. People are pretty friendly, in my opinion. "

Close to food, pubs, shopping and more. Desirable school system. Location near I-90 on ramp allows for a 15 minute commute to Buffalo City center. Great place to raise a family. Triple wide lot allows for room to stretch your legs and even add on if needed."
