"People are sketchy and they don’t clean up after their dog poop. I appreciate the large backyards around this area and less traffic around here than most parts of the city."

"Not bad, light traffic mostly and just minutes from downtown. I wish people were friendlier but when you live near young people is like they don’t respect."

"My neighborhood is filled with people who cannot drive appropriately and have people who don’t use cross walks to cross the street. Instead see on coming traffic and then purposely walk into the street."
