    "Live on Cazenovia Street about 20 years. Library no longer funded by Erie Count, and neighborhood lacks City, State and Federal funding, in favor of waterfront, and downtown development. Great street, and active block club. Right by Cazenovia Park, which Olmstead group wants to take out recreational facilities in the future, Despite schools listed, many are closed or closing. St Ambrose and Tritiny Catholic are closed. Indian Park Academy also never reopened on Buffum. Nice houses on Cazenovia, but all need major upgrades. Most are listed 2 or 3x's what they are really worth."
