This unit has brand new flooring, and is a one bedroom with multiple storage closets. Although a ground floor unit, it has large windows which bring in plenty of sunlight and facing a large, private backyard. There are charming original features such as nice molding, penny tile and timeless glass hardware that will bring you lots of joy.

There is also a shared backyard and laundry room at this building. You'll be in the Capitol Hill neighborhood near lots of restaurants, nightlife and shopping and access to transit, freeways and many downtown Seattle neighborhoods.

All dates listed as open houses are by appointment only.

Required for move in:

- Deposit of $1000
- Last months rent is not required for screened and approved tenants
- $90 utility charge (cold water / sewer / garbage), you pay electricity.
- Cats are OK with $250 refundable pet-deposit
