Although a ground floor unit, it has large windows which bring in plenty of sunlight and facing a large, private backyard. There is also a shared backyard and laundry room at this building. You'll be in the Capitol Hill neighborhood near lots of restaurants, nightlife and shopping and access to transit, freeways and many downtown Seattle neighborhoods.
