Newly remodeled second floor 1 bedroom 1 bath apartment in highly sought after downtown Frederick. Walk to Carroll Creek in minutes and enjoy local eateries, shops, local events and art. Brand new flooring placed throughout, freshly painted with a neutral hue to compliment all tastes and styles. The bathroom offers a stand-up shower. Newer appliances. Shared back yard with tenant in the downstairs unit. There is shared laundry on site. Off street parking is unavailable at this location. Water, sewer, trash and gas (gas heats the hot water) are included. Tenant pays electric. Heat is electric baseboard heaters. Tenant must supply and install their own window or floor model ac units for cooling. I am sorry, but we cannot accept pets at this property. The property is large enough for one person or one couple.
