Shared back yard with tenant in the downstairs unit. There is shared laundry on site. Off street parking is unavailable at this location. Water, sewer, trash and gas (gas heats the hot water) are included. Tenant pays electric. Heat is electric baseboard heaters. Tenant must supply and install their own window or floor model ac units for cooling. I am sorry, but we cannot accept pets at this property. The property is large enough for one person or one couple.

Everyone is good about adhering to the leash laws. For the most part, people are good about cleaning up after their dog."
