Fall Creek is an up and coming neighborhood in downtown Ithaca where Cornell grad students, young professionals and families love to live. This house is on side of Fall Creek that is closest to Cornell. Less than 5 minute walk to 2 bus stops with service to campus about every 10 minutes during the day (TCAT bus stops called Tioga@Court and Court@Linn) and a 5 minute walk to a bus stop (Seneca@Commons) with service to grocery stores, Walmart, etc. And a 5 min walk to local favorite Gimmie Coffee. This one bedroom apartment has hardwood floors, and a big private sun room great for bikes and storage. A cozy kitchen and a tile floor in the bathroom. Lots of light. Unfurnished 1 Bedroom Apt 1W: $1,585 + $35/month/person for water + $85/apt annual recycling pick-up fee. Available June 1, 2027. 12 month lease ends 7/26/28. Security deposit and first month's rent due upon lease signing. $45/month pet fee. (Our insurance does not cover dog breeds known to have had violent tendencies, so unfortunately we can not make exceptions). An easy walk to the Commons and to the bus stops which will take you anywhere in Ithaca. Many tenants at this location walk and do not have cars, although there is a free 24-hour street parking nearby available. With mostly all utilities included this is one of the best values in Fall-Creek!

    "It is a very easy commute to downtown. Slightly more to the colleges. I consider commutes under 15 minutes to be easy though. I know Ithacans complain about traffic at the “octopus”, but that’s only because most of them have never seen traffic."

    "I've lived in the area for 13 years. I've lived in Northeast Ithaca specifically for 5 years. Northeast Ithaca is very competitive as far as buying a home. The people are great and Northeast Elementary including the Ithaca City School District is beyond amazing. Northeast Ithaca is close to Cornell University. There are many reasons why homes in in Northeast Ithaca are in high demand."
