Designed and constructed in 1997 by the current ownership, the building has continued to receive improvements over its lifetime. The building has received an updated south elevation with new wall finish, windows, and balconies. It also features in-unit washer and dryers, air conditioning ready hook ups and venting, elevator access, and a large 27 space garage offering a parking ratio greater than one per unit. Safety features include a state-of-the-art security system and fire sprinklers. All corridors are vented allowing fresh air to continuously circulate throughout the public spaces.
