Two well behaved/trained dogs will be considered/security deposit.

Four bedroom/5 beds. Two bedrooms with king beds oceanfront. Two rear bedrooms- one spacious with two queen beds, one cozy with queen bed. All upper bedrooms. Good size upper bath with tub/shower. Workstation in two front rooms (moveable) Main floor: Stainless steel/granite kitchen. Gas fireplace. Laundry and stall shower bath off mudroom entrance. Two zone propane gas heat and central air. Third zone on seasonal porch. Wifi. Third workstation on main level (moveable).

Direct waterfront on sandy beach in association community on quiet seaside roads! Stunning majestic sunrises and sunsets all seasons. Take long seaside walks, bike rides, trailside hikes or fish off the dock or in the duck pond. Conveniently located between NY and Boston within reach of RI and Mystic. An outdoor hot shower after a swim is the perfect way to end the day, and unwind, not just in the summer!

1) $600 flat rate monthly utility charge to be paid monthly with rent.

2) Pet monthly fee if applicable to be paid with rent. Pet security deposit

    "People here are mostly gentle and kind. My cat went missing once and the community exploded with kind words and support. Always plenty to do between Rocky Neck, the boardwalk, and all the cozy shops and parks. Beautiful scenery at all times of year. We moved here during the winter and the cute little street lights on Main street were done up like we had stepped on the set of a Hallmark movie."

    "Cute little beach area. Private beaches are not huge but do the trick. The beaches are on the river not the sound. Not all pet owners are courteous with cleaning up after their pets. Making changes such as fencing or a carport are next to impossible due to zoning regulations and neighbors making a big stink. Who wants to live with that?"

One way in and out-no crime at all-ever! Stone wall entrance that winds bordered with hiking trails and water views of Niantic Bay."
