NO smoking. 600 minimum FICO credit score required in addition to meeting rental criteria. NO cats and small dogs (under 40lbs) allowed upon approval with a non-refundable pet fee.

It's truly a drug infested violent area. No place to raise a family...on the north side that is. South Crestview isn't too bad, with the city expanding and new homes being built next to nicer newer homes and apartment complexes. Be wise. "
