The floor plan includes an open living and dining area with a functional kitchen and comfortable separation between the primary bedroom and additional bedrooms. The primary bedroom includes an en-suite bathroom and a large wrap-around closet.

The home has been regularly updated and maintained. Recent improvements include updated flooring, oven and dishwasher, a new HVAC system installed in 2024, washer and dryer added in 2024, and a new water heater installed in 2025. Major appliances are included.

Outside, the property sits on approximately a quarter-acre lot with a fully fenced backyard that provides plenty of usable outdoor space. An attached two-car garage and driveway provide ample parking and storage.

The location works especially well for military households, with Duke Field roughly five miles away and Eglin and Hurlburt within commuting distance. Crestview's shopping and dining are nearby, while the beaches of the Emerald Coast are approximately 30 minutes south.

Rent is $1,950 per month with a $1,950 security deposit. Pets are allowed. Lease terms are negotiable.

$1,850 per month with a 24-month lease. Tenant is responsible for electricity and water. There is no gas service at the property. Trash service is included in the rent.

Optional lawn service is available for $100 per month. Service includes mowing approximately every three weeks during the summer and every four weeks during the winter. Tenants who do not select lawn service are responsible for maintaining the lawn and exterior areas to HOA community standards.

Pets are permitted with owner approval. A nonrefundable pet fee of $300 applies for the first pet and $150 for each additional approved pet. Please inquire regarding pet approval and any applicable restrictions. Pet fees do not relieve the tenant of responsibility for damage caused by pets or other animals.

The property is located within an HOA community. Tenants, occupants, and guests must comply with all applicable HOA covenants, rules, parking requirements, and community standards. Any HOA fines or charges resulting from the actions of the tenant, occupants, guests, vehicles, pets, lawn condition, trash placement, or other tenant-related violations are the tenant's responsibility to the extent permitted by the lease and applicable law.

No smoking inside the home. Renters insurance is required throughout the lease term, with proof of coverage required before move-in and upon renewal.
