Welcome to Cahuenga Hills Tennis Condominiums, a 15 acre resort style complex with guard gated entry and offering an impressive array of amenities. Nestled into the Cahuenga Pass, this unit is in building 3, which is the deepest back into the hills and furthest away from the freeway. A bright unit, with all white cabinets, bamboo flooring and new pendant lighting. The plantation shutters and wainscoting provide a warm yet clean aesthetic. The center island with bar-top seating, allows one to move freely from the living room to the kitchen while enjoying the view across the Hills towards the South Bay. Before the bedroom, and off the entry, is your in-unit laundry area. The bedroom closet is walk in and fitted with custom shelving and double hung rods for great storage capacity. The bathroom is spacious, with a large tub and has a traditional timeless look. Stainless steel appliances, plenty of counter space, and a built in desk area that offers an alternate work station. The balcony has space for bistro table and chairs to enjoy morning coffee or warm evenings. A rare and special feature is that from outside your building there is access the private Terracotta trail leading out of the community and up to the ridge with a spectacular view over Lake Hollywood and the entire city. This invites an active lifestyle, as the community also offers two pools, Jacuzzi, three tennis courts, and a modern/updated gym with top tier equipment. The community clubhouse has two billiard tables and a brand new ping pong table, kitchen and lounge area. In addition to the main pool, right behind our building is a secondary and more secluded one. Be in the heart of town next to LA's top attractions including Runyon Canyon, Franklin Village, and the The Hollywood Bowl with convenient access to the freeways and to the Valley.

"I see dog owners walk their dogs every day, anytime. You’ll see a lot of people taking a stroll anytime of any day. You’ll see a lot of joggers too, they’ll be running any time except for (high afternoons when the sun is at its highest). There are tons of park to visit with your family. The only downside here is that there are homeless everywhere. That and the real estate is pretty expensive."

"Fast (potentially dangerous) neighborhood and surrounding traffic, loud noises at all hours, homeless presence is significant, crime is present but not overly terrible, and ironically street parking is surprisingly ok. Mostly, the Melrose, Highland and Santa Monica traffic and general noise are primary downsides."
