Beautiful single family 3 bedroom home, newly renovated inside and out. Great neighborhood and location, basement semi finished with washer/dryer, tool room, bar, new electric and heating system, new windows, working fireplace, granite everywhere, small backyard, driveway and carport, office, living room with built in glass case, etc, etc.

Neighborhood Description

the neighborhood is quiet and secluded, most of the neighbors have been there for years. It's a block from the Carney Hospital, and a short walk to the Red Line, at Ashmont station, which is getting a hundred million dollar renovation. There's a playground at the end of the street, and an old cemetary that they don't use anymore just one house away. They make for some nice quiet neighbors. I may end up moving into this house myself I like it so much over there. I live about a half a mile away. I love living in Dorchester. It takes 10 minutes to get into downtown Boston, and Marina bay is 3 miles, the Sagamore bridge is under an hour away.

    "I moved from NH to my fabulous 3BR newly renovated apartment on a very quiet, one way, close knit street. Everyone in my building are friends that spend time at each others homes. I know my neighbors well. We help each other during snow removal, trash pick up etc. Very quiet, safe, no issues with packages, or any type of outdoor furniture/plants/decoration being damaged. My car is on street or in driveway and I have never had an issue. Sidewalks on both sides, close to everything including Stop n Shop, Garvey Park, Firehouse, Dorset Hall, Dunkins, and Neponset Circle, as well as access to interstate 93. If anyone asks me about my neighborhood I highly recommend it, and have plan to live here for the long term. "
