About this House

Located at 2530 E Street we have a remodeled, two bedroom, two Story, duplex with garage. This is a desirable residential neighborhood in Midtown and close to shopping, restaurants, and night life. An excellent remodel that joined this century with the past. It is custom painted, has hardwood floors and Central HVAC. In the entry you find a built in seat with storage for rain gear and such. The living room, formal dining room and kitchen are on the main floor. There are French doors that lead to the small backyard. An upper level addition put the two bedrooms and bath upstairs. Bedrooms are carpeted and the bath has a tub with over-head shower. A split level put the laundry room down, a few steps from the kitchen, and has full size washer/dryer, built-in cabinets and ironing board/folding station. The kitchen, though small, has made excellent use of the space with ample cabinets. It also has concrete countertops, a gas stove, dishwasher and fridge. It has a one car attached garage, with remote.

"Like- clean streets, lots of parks, lots of shrubbery; don’t like- lots of dogs, lots of cars, limited apartment listings that accept pets"
  • Olivia G.
"It’s quite but still very close to midtown and there’s always plenty of parking, safe to walk around at night."
  • Charlie.connormoore
"Seems to be mostly an adult professional neighborhood. No idea how many other kids there would be to play with, and there’s kind of moderate traffic to have kids around. "
  • Charlie.connormoore
"Great parks, lots of traffic, epidemic homelessness. I’m unsure how good the schools are but they seem “alternative” to me. "
