    "i used to live in this one of a kind home built .started in 1898 finished in 1902.home is located in boulevard park in midtown sacramento ca .mature tree lined streets very diversified mix of all people young old retired professional gay straight etc .low crime ,lots of activities with fine restaurants located 2 blks away on jst along with night life,a lot of art dealers & shops ,with a 10 in walkability home is very well loved over the years with no work needing to be done move in ready i know i still own it and live right next door must see ."
