This townhouse is 2 floors, on the first floor is the living room and kitchen, and on the second floor is the 2 bedrooms, 1 bathroom, and balcony. The townhouse is equipped with new appliances, countertops, flooring, and paint. In the living room and second floor there is new carpet, while in the kitchen and bathroom there is lvp tile. The balcony is off of bedroom 2 overlooking the backyard.

Very close to Kings Park and what we call the dog park which I think is actually named Bella Grove, right on the corner of Green St and Bond St. "
