Review Highlights

Cockeysville, MD: easy suburban living near NCR Trail, I‑83 access, calm, connected, and convenient. "I have lived here for 15 years. Always quiet and safe. Sometimes dog owners don’t pick up after but most likely it’s a great neighborhood. Services are walking distance and food offers are varied. "
  • Illy. A
"It is a gated community, with an older population. It is a very safe community, we’re everyone is nice and everyone are friends! The community is also very close to the schools which is very nice."
  • Ivy Hill
"We feel safe! The school system is good and if you prefer private schools there are several. We have plenty of grocery stores to choose from. The only downside is that we have limited public transport. We do have several stops to use the Light Rail. But you need a car to access the Light Rail."

"Illumination night with a bonfire Santa Claus coming around on a fire truck Easter egg hunt Walk or Run marathons Pool events "
  • Laurahinda
"Don’t leave your kids alone. I didn’t realize how bad the areas were and there is drug use in bushes and Walmart seems to be flooded with people dumping trash out of their cars and shady people doing shady things . It seems to be everywhere. "
  • John
"I’ve lived in this neighborhood for over 20 years. Great place to raise a family; good recreation council; schools convenient and good teachers. Proud to live in Springdale - long time friends,"

  • Cheyenne B.
"Robberies, people are too loud, people have no respect towards others, the neighborhood is quiet and peaceful. "
  • Addie
"It is diverse- there are families from all over the world. It is easy to access the city via 83. It is quiet and safe but also it walkable if you are looking for grocery, gym, restaurants, etc. There are lots of places to hike and enjoy being outside. "
  • Adj514
"I like walking to the grocery store, library, and restaurants for exercise. But it is more quiet than living in the city. I feel safe walking at night with my dog. I enjoy the diversity of the neighborhood."
  • Adj514

  • Heather W.
