This apartment is fully stocked and comes with all the amenities you may need for a comfortable stay. Perfectly catered for your 1 month+ stay in Buffalo.

This home was newly renovated in 2019 with a totally updated kitchen and bathroom, etc. The space features hardwood floors throughout, a smart thermostat, free to use laundry units in the basement, smart TVs in the living room, kitchen and 2 of the 3 bedrooms, comfortable mattresses, bedding and furniture throughout. Christian is available to address any questions or concerns that may come up during your stay!

We do not have any off-street parking to offer for our guests. We encourage our guests to park on the street along Carlton street. Due to our close proximity to the medical campuses this street parking can fill up quickly between 9-5. As the medical staff leave their work around 5 the parking becomes much more easily available. Worst case if you need to find parking between 9-5 you may have to park a few blocks away.
