"Jazz Fest in July. I can’t think of other events. For a few years we had a block Halloween party, but the host opted not to get the permit this year. "
  • Trulia User
"Don’t know we don’t participate in most of those. The Fillmore jazz festival is great. The cherry blossom festival is also great. "
  • Trulia User
"I drive to my office in Marin or I work from home. When I worked downtown, I would ride my bike or take Muni. "
  • Mickiegw
"Very easy commute as there are 5 different bus lines that run through the area. 2, 3, 22, 38, and 1. "
  • Mickiegw
"Centrally located with excellent public transportation option and everything you need in life is within walking distance. "
  • Linda F.
"I walk thirty minutes to financial district and love it! I breeze through Bush because there are a lot of ups and downs on Pine Street, and often I can find jump bikes in the area to help get to work. the bus lines 2&3 are good to go straight to the financial district, or I can take the 38 rapid and get to work quickly. "
  • Jchiu
"We are walking distance to many different neighborhoods which gives us many options for food and shops. I am pretty close to Japantown and the Fillmore area. I like having 24 hour access to public transportation and that my commute to downtown on the bus is only 10 mins. There are also many trees that line the streets in this area."
  • Jim B.
"Wow, used to be safe area, but it has really gone down hill. "
