5 bedroom 3.5 bedroom corner unit townhouse with car garage and 2 car driveway. Freshly painted, new wooden floors just added, 2 en-suite bathrooms. Washer and a dryer is available. New landscape for your BBQs. New furnace Nov 2022.

Owner pays for water and sewer. Renter is responsible for gas and electric. Parking is also available off street but will need resident parking sticker, which one can get once car is registered to the residence, the city provides sticker.
Snow removal is tenants responsibility.
Lease is month to month. But expectation is first and last and $3000 for security. No parties are allowed in this unit or any other unit as we are part of an association to the condominium.
