Inside, the vaulted ceiling of the main living area make the perfect canvas for the smooth, solid pine tongue and grove wooden planks that are embellished with open beams. This design adds notes of character into this personal space. A short set of 6 stairs lead to the primary bedroom with en suite, 2 secondary bedrooms, and a full bath. Seven additional steps lead to a spacious, 20-foot catwalk/loft that connects directly to an expansive additional living area. This extra space gives families a bonus room that can accommodate multiple purposes. Separate from the main living areas, it offers private space for a home office, rec room, and more. Plumbed for running water, it also features two skylights, a sliding glass door, a wrap-around balcony, and a substantial, walk-in, fully finished storage space. This custom-built home was designed to maximize as much of the 2288 sq. ft., floor space as possible while creating both communal and private rooms.
