Owner pays for Trash, Mowing, and snow removal. Last Tenant reported Utility Cost averaged $60/month, with higher cost in winter and as low as $30 in spring. Water Bill was $90/quarter.

Very close to Kings Park and what we call the dog park which I think is actually named Bella Grove, right on the corner of Green St and Bond St. "
