We enjoy gated access and a barbecue area in the front yard and a fountain to enjoy watching the birds visiting. If you have pets, we do ask to only walk them outside the front gates.

The neighborhood is family-orientated, and still has a fruit truck come by daily, in keeping with the charm of Van Nuys. We have a rare front yard for barbecuing and relaxing with several families in the building. This area is close to the 405, the 170, and is booming with lots of new condos and upscale apartments being built in the refreshing of the Van Nuys area.

We are located in the middle of the block, with the Courthouse and Police stations just around the corner. We enjoy the farmers market and being so close to public transpiration, a bicycle could become your preferred mode of transportation!

We are less than 1/2 mile from all public transportation and have a Thursday Farmers Market at the Court Hours/Civic Center. This is a Rent Control building, with RSO/SCEP inspections provided by City. This building uses the RUBS program for all services, including multi-family utility cost sharing to encourage conservation. Additionally, tenants sign up for private utility use, such as hot water heater gas and air-conditioning/heating use. Parking is available behind the building with a separate parking lease.
