Duplex with close neighbor in back yard, divided by a fence. Tenants must live respectfully toward each other in close proximity. The back yard is fenced with a patio area. Quiet hours 10pm-7am.
If your application is approved, the deposit is due within 24 hours and you must begin paying rent on the date the unit is available for move-in. Please be advised the availability date of July 1 is an estimate only. Due to factors beyond our control, the property may not be available for move-in on that exact date.
