About this House

You will be close to everything when you stay at this centrally-located place. Eugene, Oregon is Track Town USA, and where the Olympic trials were held in 2021 and where the Global Track Championship games will be held in 2022. The home, built in 2005, is beautifully updated and a 5 minute drive to the freeway, where you'll be able to get to the University of Oregon in 10 minutes, world-class wineries in 15, or The University of Oregon and downtown Eugene in less than 20.

The house can come furnished or unfurnished.

The primary bedroom is the the largest room in the house upstairs with a private bathroom and walk-in closet. Brand new hybrid, king size mattress. the headboard/footboard combo has two drawers.

The second bedroom has a queen bed with a new memory foam mattress and a full size closet.

The third bedroom is used as an office.

12 month lease term preferred, 6 month minimum.

Tenants are responsible for basic cleaning - vacuuming, mopping, dusting, disinfecting, etc. The backyard is mulch and has no maintenance. The front yard is maintained by the HOA.

Parking is available in the garage and fits 1.5 cars. The driveway fits two regular sized SUVs. There is no street parking allowed on Mountain Ter.
