House comes with two fun-loving yet responsible roommates!

Nearby spots within easy walking distance: Big Bear Cafe, DC City Smokehouse, Pub and the People, Boundary Stone, The Red Hen and Showtime.

Current tenants are two females. One has a hybrid work schedule and the other is a grad student with most classes in the afternoon/evening. We are looking for a respectful roommate that is LGBTQ+ friendly. We are social, enjoy cooking, and like spending time watching tv together. We also host a game night 1-2 times a month.
