Enjoy a convenient location approximately a 10 minute walk from the NoMa Gallaudet U Metro, with Union Market, Trader Joe's, Harris Teeter, restaurants, parks, and the Metropolitan Branch Trail nearby. Howard University Hospital, Children's National, the DC VA Medical Center, and MedStar Washington Hospital Center are all approximately one mile away. Available for stays of 91 days or longer, with virtual and in-person tours available.

Minimum 91-day lease with a maximum occupancy of three people. The home is fully furnished, and utilities are not included in the monthly rent. No smoking is permitted. Pets may be considered on a case-by-case basis with a refundable $250 pet deposit. The refundable security deposit is reduced to $1,500 through September 30, 2026, and returns to $2,850 beginning October 1, 2026. A $250 cleaning fee applies, and renters insurance is required.

Street parking is available. Renters with vehicles should obtain an eligible DC residential or reciprocity parking permit. Visitor permits may be requested through ParkDC. Free unrestricted parking that does not require a zoned permit may also be available on streets farther into the neighborhood. Tenants must maintain the home in good condition and promptly report maintenance concerns.
