The house is on a large double lot. There is an 2 Bed / 1 bath ADU in the basement of the house and studio with a 3/4 bath attached to the garage on the second lot, both rented separately. Both of these units have separate entrances and are very separate from the main house. The full house is available for rent at a negotiable rate.
