* Tenant Screening: Applications will be screened by a third-party Consumer Reporting Agency. Credit and eviction history will be evaluated in accordance with applicable federal, state, and local laws. Credit screening will be completed through the Rental Housing Association of Washington (RHAWA).
* Utilities: Tenant is responsible for all utilities.
* Smoking: No smoking or vaping is permitted inside the home.
* Pets: No pets.
