"I just moved to this neighborhood and the neighbors had a gathering to introduce us to everyone on the street. Old Victorian homes with long term residents, well maintained properties as charming as the people that live in them. Young, diverse families that take a lot of pride in the area. "

  • Gdowns04
"I’ve lived here for a year and want to purchase a home a here and stay for a long time. The beaches and parks are fantastic and the people in the neighborhood are even better"
  • Veritas
"Lived here nearly 20 years. Ready to sell or rent and move on. For a city neighborhood, it is safe. For a city neighborhood. Easy access to public transportation, biking is ok most of year. Parking has become contentious in past few years. The diversity that made neighborhood vibrant and interesting is fading as rents go up and long-time families and unique businesses are pushed out. Too many shoddy renovations/rehabs and 'luxury' multi-units going up that will become slummy in about 10 years."
  • Stephaniedaley007
"I've been living on this quiet dead end street with a large public park and childrens play areas, neighbors know each other, local garden and city park events during summer. So far my family feels safe."
  • Clarinda A.
"It’s been nice living her and people are friendly to me and others walking alone is not a problem before or after dark "
