Private entrance with use of backyard. Brand new a/c. Close to downtown Phoenix, hospital district and major highways. Brand new full size washer and dryer. Off street parking.

This is a privately owned home who respects our tenants and don't nickel and dime you to death with greedy monthly fees.

Rent $899 per month
$1000 refundable security deposit
$125 final month electricity deposit (unused portion refundable)
$100 non-refundable cleaning fee

Tenant is responsible for 23% of monthly electricity bill and shares a meter with the main house. Water, trash, gas are included in monthly rent. Wifi is available through Cox (Spectrum) at tenant's expense.

1 (one) dog 20lb max with $200 non-refundable pet deposit. No cats.

    "I lived in this house for 4 years and it was a dream. Loved everything about it. It’s a safe neighborhood with great people. The walls are so thick so it’s very quiet. I worried when I moved in that there would be homeless or people walking down the streets (I can from LA) and it never happened. I would sit on the front porch for hours with my dog and it was just the best. Whoever gets this home (and closet!!) will love it. "
