This unfurnished single-family rental features over 1500 sqft of living space with 4 bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms. The house can also be partially furnished. Newer mini splits have been installed in all common areas and bedrooms for cooling during the summer months. Walk into the living room that has ample space for living and entertaining. The eat-in kitchen has been updated with stainless steel appliances, new cabinets, and granite countertops. Also on the first floor is two bedrooms and a full bathroom with tiled shower. There are two additional bedrooms and a second bathroom with tub/shower upstairs. Fresh paint throughout, updated bathrooms, and new mechanicals make this home move-in ready. Kitchen features new cabinets and new appliances. Full basement for storage, plus a detached two-car garage and a shed. The basement has been equipped with a workout room (tenants will need to sign a waiver before using equipment) and washer and dryer appliances. You'll enjoy the private and spacious backyard landscaped with bamboo for ultimate privacy. Tenants are responsible for their own utilities (oil and electric) and snow removal. The owner pays for water, sewer, and landscaping. Pets are negotiable.

    "Oxbow Farms i wouldn't recommended for anyone unless you are in situation were really don’t have a choice. Maintenance comes to fix your stuff always doing a halfway job leaving it worst then before. They will charge you for every single thing but when you move out they have 0 consideration for you and charge anything they can so they can keep part of your deposit. It’s ridiculous!!! Unsafe neighborhood people were actually kill there and find dead on their on homes. Police is always there for one reason or another. Office stuff only one of the worker there is nice. If you had another option I would take it. This would be your last resort."
