    "I have lived here many years. Multiple generations of family live here. Crime is very low. Neighbors get along here. The best thing is we rarely have to leave to go shopping. We have multiple grocery stores, banks, home improvement stores, Starbucks, Dunkin Donuts, Little Cesar’s, car wash, multiple fast food, office supplies. We are blocks from the interstate and we surrounded by access to bus stops. We are our own little hamlet. Houses in Ponce are hard to find bc people rarely move out."
