"I like the private areas for the children to play in and it would be a safe community for everyone to live in and I like the upscale of the flowers and trees and space to have a pet. nice place to live and comfortable with neighbors that are very nice and where you can feel safe and ride at home"

    Foothill Farms, Sacramento
"There are no community events whatsoever. The neighborhood consists of individuals who keep to themselves in an attempt to keep the peace. The much too common party or domestic dispute breaks the silence of the night. Not suitable for families."

"It’s nice because it is close to the freeway. There is also a decent school. What I do like about the area is the park near by. "

"My neighborhood has a lot of families but not all the families are neighborly. If you travel just 2 blocks north, then the neighborhood gets noticeably better."

"I love it here. Been here for 6 years and no complaints. People are really friendly and we have a neighborhood online watch that most people communicate through. It’s a sense of having everyone’s back. Very comforting "

"The nightly car chases and homicides make my community "special". The tweakers and homeless that rummage through my trash cans weekly are especially awesome. Then there is Foothill High and Foothill Ranch school with the most incompetent staff of any establishment. Don't move here...unless you think the above facts is an improvement from your current situation. "

"There are regular or daily morning and evening dog walkers. All breeds are represented with in the community. Lots of loud traffic and the turkeys can be a little bit overwhelming for the dogs. "
