"no sense of community work. Can’t walk feeling safe in this area. There’s always robberies and cars with broken windows next day light."

"I live in the neighborhood for 7 years. It is a safe place to walk and to raise families. A lot of new developments are being built in this area, what make this neighborhood more appealing for new residents. "

"It’s a vibrant neighborhood, lots of shops, restaurants, beauty salons... But schools aren’t great. I don’t have kids , if I did I’d probably live someplace else with better schools system "

"It cool to walk your dog. There are plenty of different streets to take them on however, I’ve seen quite a few people walking their dogs without bags to pick up after them and I find that extremely irresponsible."
