"I have lived in the Irobound around thirty seven years. The place has changed. It is very congested with cars. New buildings are going up so in year's to come the congestion will be far greater. Parking is an absolute nightmare."

"Lots of bars and restaurants in the neighborhood. Which means a higher rate of car accidents, possibly due to alcohol consumption. But it’s one of the safest areas in Newark in terms of homicide, gang activity, gun violence, etc. "
