"I work in NYC this area is great for commuters like me. There is access with in walking distance to the light rail, and 2 or 3 bus lines from both Newark Penn Station and Newark Broad Street. As well Uber isn’t costly from Newark Penn. "

"Society Hill is the main community and their events are limited to homeowners and residents. I wouldn’t live anywhere else in this area but in Society Hill. The rent is high but it’s worth it. "

"I drive into Manhattan early morning, normally 35 minutes. Coming back is an hour and fifteen. I've tried public transit but I find it unrelieved and too expensive given the quality of several. "
