"Honestly the area is not how it was when I grew up and I’m just trying to move away from here. The school is just a mad house and the high school is no better your gonna have to put you kid in catholic school. The rents are crazy high and the houses are over priced. Lots of kids that hang out in the area. "

"Quiet and calm, neighbors are very helpful. I do think we can do a better job my keeping the sidewalks a little more cleaner than they are at this present time. The amenities in the neighborhood are good for family upbringing and with public transportation so accessible I think Pelham Gardens as the potential to be an amazing community."

"Too many rentals have changed the neighborhood. Renters tend to not care about keeping the property clean and they often lack consideration for their neighbors. I am moving by June."
