    "The diversity makes the neighborhood unique. It is truly a melting pot. There is cultural competency, thriving small businesses, and mostly a working class neighborhood. The crime rate has been increasing though, which causes the neighborhood to have a bad reputation."

    "People walk their dogs all the time without a leash, then they don’t pick up after them. They allow them to owe in property and in the lobby in the elevator and even on the floors by the elevator. No rules are being enforced to these dog owners. "

    "Yes they do seem friendly and are very dog oriented most people own up to two dogs and I always see pet owners cleaning up after their pets it isn’t the best neighborhood but it is ok their are lots of churches and mist people seem more friendly neighbors look out for each other if they know you the shopping areas are near by and prizes are reasonable theirs always police in the arrears mostly at night"
