    "Village knoll is dog friendly and has a small “dog park” but a few bad apples tend to spoil the bushel by not cleaning up, and there are a few single adult men with small yappy dogs who are allowed to behave poorly without any protest from the owners. The neighborhoods outside of village knoll are excellent dog walking territory. "
