"Nothing happens to often in this neighborhood. Just a yard sale twice a year. Maybe an event once in a very great while "
  • Shannon Donnelly
"Many dog walkers in the area, most of which are friendly. It’s a nice place to live if you seek a community feel. The school district is mediocre though and you would be better to private or home school your littles."
  • Shannon Donnelly
"There are a lot of neighborhood dogs. Most of which are VERY friendly. Lots of families walking dogs in the Rosedale development area of the township. "
  • Ldgolf68
"It’s a safe neighborhood in a very good school district. I would recommend it to families. It’s in a good location between Hershey, Hummelstown and Middletown but still in the country. "
  • Shannon D.
"Middletown schools are great! My kids have gone there for 11 yrs and are happy. Special needs department is wonderful!"
  • Twiillow

"We never have trick or treaters. The area I’m in is bad and roads are trashed. Dogs are everywhere and so are cats"

  • Ballsup
"Great neighborhood, great neighbors. Very quiet close to the grocery store, schools, and restaurants. Also not to far from the highway "
  • Sanderson1014
"I used to live in Middletown with my parents and it is a nice town but it definitely depends on where you live. Some homes and developments are very nice and expensive while others look slapped together with whatever was laying around and you could see both extremes within a 15 minute drive."
  • Jinger E.
"It’s not very kid friendly. The neighborhood is mainly adults and elderly people. Most people keep to them selves unless they don’t like you and it’s loud in the area. "
  • Gus H.
"They would love it it’s good neighborhood for dogs and kids and there’s so much to love about it neighbors are friendly and nice "
  • Camilleverno
"Easy access to major roads, turnpike, airport, train and bus terminals. Typically easy to get around. Lots of back roads. Noticed some increase in morning traffic in the past 3 years. Unfortunately, our decision makers have allowed more development of homes too. This doesn't help. "
  • Meredith
"Just know of two annual yard sales that are held in the neighborhood. There is a Halloween parade as well. "
  • Amilljax
"Dogs have are welcome as long as owners clean up after them. Most homes have a dog and there is a constant stream of dogs being walked throughout the neighborhood. If your dog is not friendly, this is not the place to live."
  • Rebeacca0828
"it is a nice little town. downtown is beautiful. there is a lot to do. there is plenty stores. not a lot of crime or drama. the neighbors are usually pretty nice. "
  • Jennifer G.
"we flood. the park sucks. people are in everyones buisness. some neighbors are cool. no one does the speed limit. not allowed having fenced in yards. only 2 parking spaces or less per house. no where else to park. "
  • Shannon D.
"We are 5-10 minutes away from most stores, restaurants major companies, and the state capitol. There are a fair amount of shopping and employment opportunities within a very reasonable radius."
  • Nick V.
"My neighborhood has good access to public transportation with several local grocery stores and gas stations within walking distance. "
  • Jinger E.
"Nothing honestly. Other than maybe poverty and loud neighbors. Most people keep to themselves and are rude. "
  • Stormbruin
"Idk it’s a townhouse/apartment development. College kids, young families etc. not bad where I am, no issues. "
  • Jonathan D.
"Middletown has a few nice areas and a few that look rather trashy. Even though it's a college town you'd never know it, it feels more like an old folks town."
  • David C.
"It's a very quiet neighborhood and I love how convenient places are located and the school district is top notch "
  • Macnkay
"Nice community, Well maintained and friendly environment."
