    "There are some good schools in the area and the neighborhood is pretty quiet. It is safe enough to walk your dog too. "

    "There are not any sidewalks in the Tosa streets which can be dangerous at times when walking the dog. "

    "In this neighborhood there are three great parks nearby within biking distance that are great for kids. The neighbors look out for each other and there is a lot of privacy and room for kids to play in the courtyards in the area. "

    "Living here for 20 years and it’s so quiet and convenient for everything. I love looking out and seeing the parkway and all the greenery. There are 3 parks nearby and a dog park up the road which we love visiting On the parkway trail everyone is always happy to say hi and we bike to downtown Tosa and beer garden in the summer. In the winter we go sledding at Curry Park and enjoy putting up tons of Christmas decorations. Neighbors are super friendly but keep to themselves and it’s a perfect balance of city living and serenity away from work stresses. "
